Solvet collects personal data to operate effectively and to comply with government regulations (e.g., employment, tax, insurance). Solvet collects personal data that is voluntarily provided by users when a user signs up for a Solvet Inquiry, job board account/posting, or other Web site that allows for users to set up an account or otherwise submit information for the purpose of searching for temporary or permanent employment opportunities, submit a resume for inclusion in a Solvet database, or respond to a listed employment position.

The information Solvet collects will be used only as described in this Privacy Statement and/or in the way we specify at the time of collection. We will not subsequently change the way your personal data is used without your consent. Some of the ways we may use your personal data include, but are not limited to:

In addition, Solvet does not collect more personal data than is needed to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Statement, unless consented to by the individual concerned.

Should you withdraw consent to the use of your information for any of the above-identified purposes, we will stop using your information for such purposes as soon as it is reasonably possible to do so. Solvet will also notify you if withdrawing consent affects our ability to service you.

As a part of our providing services to our customers, we may share personal data from our customers with other third parties as instructed by the customer. We may share the personal data with others solely for the purposes of managing the work we are contracted to manage and for no other reason and will abide by any contractual obligations contained in any customer agreement related to the sharing of personal data we receive from the customer.

Solvet takes reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is accurate, complete and current. All current and former employees of Solvet, applicants for specific jobs within Solvet and current and former contingent workers (including temporary workers and other non-employees) of Solvet, as well as individuals we may potentially employ, are asked to inform Solvet immediately in the event of changes in personal data.

Solvet is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. Solvet uses reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Solvet supports online security using secure server technology because we want your data to be safe. There are state-of-the-art security arrangements and facilities on Solvet work sites to maintain data security.

Children’s Privacy

This site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Solvet does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data from our systems.

Solvet conducts an annual self-assessment in order to verify that this Privacy Statement is published and implemented within Solvet.
